Eclectic Theater Circus

In 1991 and 1992, Fritz Grobe and I put together a couple of variety shows for a local black box theater called "Theater Bizzarro I" (and II). We did have help from my wife (music and costumes), Nell Wetherwax (mime) and Terry Jones (???).

The shows were great fun to do - though in retrospect, I suspect a bit painful to watch. Those were happy times as we took street routines to the stage, whiled away the hours in the studio, and stayed up all night, just trying to think up things that were really weird.

We took the show to a couple of colleges, but soon after that I joined the circus, and Fritz went on to win the International Juggler's Association National Championships and cofounded the juggling ensemble, Blink.

There's really not much more to it. I just wanted to have the picture of Fritz naked on my site somewhere...
